Praemia REIM Italy SGR has implemented a Code of Ethics and an Organisational Management and Control Framework in compliance with Legislative Decree 231/2001, which addresses the administrative liability of legal entities, corporations, and associations, even those lacking legal status.

To oversee the functionality, compliance, and continuous improvement of Model 231, we have established a dedicated Supervisory Body equipped with independent authority and oversight capabilities.
