This policy has been approved by the Board of Directors of Praemia REIM Italy SGR S.p.A. in compliance with and pursuant to the provisions of current legislation.

Complaints
Praemia REIM Italy SGR S.p.A. has established, implemented and maintains effective and transparent policies and procedures for handling complaints to ensure the timely handling of complaints from customers or potential customers which is available here.
To report a problem or file a complaint, please use the following methods:
- registered letter with return receipt to be delivered to Via Palestro, n. 6, 20121 - Milan;

- email to: reclami@praemiareim.it.
The report will be handled promptly by the process manager, the Head of Compliance at Praemia REIM Italy SGR S.p.A.
